Payment Options
We are a secure site, but some of you may have concerns about transacting via the Internet; therefore, we offer several methods of payment options - all of which ensure absolute security. By offering our customers a choice of ordering processes our goal is to ensure that you are comfortable doing business with American Eagle Sales on the Internet. You can pay on-line by credit card. American Eagle Sales accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, personal or company check (must clear first, 2 weeks typical) or money order. American Eagle Sales on-line transaction system is built using encrypted email -which is used for creating a secure transaction environment for commerce on the Internet. If your browser and local network support the use of encrypted data transmissions, our secure order e-mailer locks all information (i.e.: your credit card number) passed from you to American Eagle Sales in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult to be intercepted by an unauthorized party.
You can place your order on-line and choose the phone or fax option if you do not feel comfortable putting your credit card number on-line. If you choose to PHONE in your credit card the Order Hotline can be reached at 1-877-893-7764; if you choose to FAX in your credit card send to: 423-894-5710, attn: Customer Service Order Department. You must include your name as it appears on the card, order number, telephone number, credit card number, and the card's expiration date.

Tennessee Sales Tax
American Eagle Sales is required to collect sales tax on shipments to Tennessee addresses. Tennessee sales tax of 9.25% will be collected on the merchandise subtotal. This amount will be added to your merchandise total and reflected on your purchase total. If you have a valid Tennessee Sales Tax Exemption number and form, fax the completed form to us at 423-894-5710 and your purchases will be tax exempt. This must be done prior to placing any orders.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases from American Eagle Sales, so we have developed the following return policies. We will accept merchandise for return within 30 days. There are very important things you must do, should you decide to return merchandise to American Eagle Sales . Please read carefully and take the time to ensure that you have followed the instructions to avoid any delay in processing your return or exchange. Please note the particulars of the Electronics Return Policy.
Damaged Goods
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however on rare occasions, damage may occur. So, for your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to do the following:
· Quickly contact your local USPS, UPS, DHL, or FED EX office for a Damage Inspection report.
· Request that UPS, DHL, or FED EX return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
· Do NOT return the merchandise yourself as this may delay your reorder or credit.

Merchandise is not what you expected?
We want you to be happy with your selections and purchases from American Eagle Sales. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we will accept it for return, within 30 days, subject to the following conditions. All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization code from American Eagle Sales and must be returned prepaid in the original packaging, unused, in resale condition. You must return the package whereby a signature is required upon receipt. E-mail custserve@ameaglesales.com for a Return Authorization Code, which must be clearly displayed on each returned box. Please keep in mind, shipping and handling charges are not refundable; American Eagle Sales is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received. If the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resale condition, we will not accept the goods and they will be returned to you without issuing any credit. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you decide you do not need or want the item(s), the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanging a gift
If you are the recipient of a gift purchased from American Eagle Sales, and you choose to return it, we will be happy to issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the merchandise only. E-mail custserve@ameaglesales.com for a Return Authorization Code, noting that your item(s) is a gift. Please keep in mind, shipping and handling charges are your responsibility. Important: If the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resale condition, we will not accept the goods and they will be returned to you without issuing any credit.
Electronics and Software Returns
American Eagle Sales offers an excellent selection of high quality products at great prices. Throughout the Web, sales in these merchandise categories are subject to a higher incidence of fraud. Therefore, in order to ensure that we can offer our customers the best values, American Eagle Sales has created a stricter policy for electronics returns. If the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resale condition, we will not accept the goods and they will be returned to you without issuing any credit.
Software, downloads, and special order items are not returnable under any circumstances.
Electronics products must be returned in their original packaging materials and must include all manuals, accessories, and parts. Serial numbers on all units must match serial numbers on packaging.
Warranties, Repairs, and Service
All products sold by American Eagle Sales are warranted by the manufacturer of those items. American Eagle Sales does not offer warranty or repair service, but we can provide assistance for you to secure warranty service, replacement parts, and technical support from our manufacturers.
